Wines from the
Haut-Poitou

In 1865, there were more than 30,000 hectares of vines in the Poitou region. Today, the 700 hectares of vines in the Haut-Poitou are once again producing wines worthy of the praise that was once lavished on them by Eleanor of Aquitaine.
Since Georges Duboeuf purchased it in 1994, Haut-Poitou wine cellar has greatly improved the level of its production. The vineyard is slowly reestablishing its reputation, and its customers are proving this - its sales have increased for 4 years.
